Overview

Our return and refund policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery within Pakistan and 14 days for international customers. If this period has passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be returned with original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
  • Items must not be part of a discounted or promotional sale.

Please note that custom-stitched or altered items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email or WhatsApp regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed using the original method of payment (credit/debit card, bank transfer, Easypaisa, etc.) within 5-7 working days. Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Double-check your bank account or payment method.
  • Contact your payment provider.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong product is delivered. If you need to exchange an item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping Returns

To return your item, you will be provided with our return address after your return request is approved.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or wrong.
  • For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable courier service.

For International Orders

International customers must bear both forward and return shipping charges, including any customs duties or taxes. We only accept returns on standard-size stitched products.
